I have to say you have attention of all mods. We all tried to replicate your issue but nobody see it. Therefore we need to see your site.
PS: maybe you use some other admin template? If yes, try to switch back to Hathor just to see if that helps.

Solved via ticket...issue caused by Safari extension called: "Facebook Cleaner 3.3".

Actually, I have the same issue in Safari, and disabling/enabling extensions doesn't make any difference.
