"Navigation Style" not in heading div

It came with the JB_Ascent_Quickstart_J257_v2.3.0.zip

It is v2.2.5

The administrator has disabled public write access.
The latest version of the framework is 2.3.1, so I suggest upgrading first.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
I now have:
System - Zen Grid Framework Site Plugin 2.3.1 October, 2011
and
JB Ascent Site Template 2.2.0 October, 2012
installed.

The heading is still not in the right place:

Also I noticed that the date on the Framework in 2011.
