I'm in need of an artist but my company is on a shoestring budget. What I need is someone who can "skin" my joomla sites before/during creation with the clients logo/colors/whatever. Does anyone have any artists they would suggest? I would do myself but I don't know how to manipulate the template graphics. If anyone is interested, you can see work that we have already done that has been skinned already.

My graphic artist does a lot of freelance work on the side. He is reliable and affordable. I mostly use themes from RocketTheme, JoomlaPraise, and Joomla Bamboo, so he is used to just getting the source files and returning.
