I used a joomlabamboo template on localhost. When i set the webpage on the internet, the server respond: the template is not legal! The webpage has been disabled.
My subscription expired. How can I use this template on my domain?

I've never heard of that happening

There isn't anything anything in any of the Joomla Bamboo templates to display that message - it may show a fatal error message if something isn't installed correctly

Can you attach a screenshot of what the message looks like on screen?

The message was:

"The website template from uncertified sources is used, which contain virus. CERT organization in Hungary detected that the page is infected, so the server which was placed on your ignore list was loaded, so the page has been turned off.

The virus is here: http://...../templates/onepage/images/social.png"

What could be the problem?

The host is saying the site has been hacked and is compromised

I'd suggest installing a clean backup and making sure all the extensions, components and joomla are up to date

In the webpage there is an original joomla and this template. We set other template(not joomlabamboo), and the page is work perfectly.

bit odd about saying a virus was present - as that "virus" file is an image- have the host confirmed the site is clean?
