From what I've been told, here in Brazil you cannot open a Paypal account with a savings account...only a business account. The banks and the government charge enormous monthly fees for these overrated business accounts. And I'd need to need to pay an accountant to do all this as well.

Brazilian bureaucracy and corruption is a big issue here....

All this I am going to confirm this week.
