Jtweet stuck Loading Tweets when switched to Query

I have been enjoying using Jtweet loading all my tweets, however I realized today that I needed to limit which tweets came to my site, however when I switched to Query mode no tweets load and the module simple shows Loading Tweets despiter there being a couple query tagged tweets available:

See @ kiltandmini.com/

Query term is #kmb

Hey there,

Thanks for sharing the links, they helped.
Right now you search query of #kmb is not translating well in the query string and you are getting a 403 forbidden error from Twitter.

Try searching for %23kmb

or simple kmb

let me know how that works for you.

Cheers,
Jason.

Thanks Jason ~ the %23kmb worked on first try though I would have never known to do that, I assumed the query search was a hash tag search.

What is the function of %23 and how would I have known to use that?

You're welcome.
The character # does not sit well one a url query string, so it needs to be url encoded.
%23 is the url encoded equivalent of the # character.

Should be a functionality in the next update to jTweet so you do not have to do this manually.

Cheers,
Jason.
