Hey there,

I am having the same problem as Morgan. So weird, but I'm sure it's due to ignorance no my part.

Here's the URL to the site: www.hawkeyetrader.com (jTweet module is located in bottom left corner of content portion of homepage)

My source shows that Mootools is being called here:
<script type="text/javascript" src="/media/system/js/mootools.js"></script>

I've loaded the jbLibrary plugin you spoke of, and it's enabled.

I sincerely appreciate any help/advice you can offer on this matter as I've been trying to figure it out for a couple weeks.

Thanks for creating such a fantastic free product. (And for the great support!)

Hi David,

That error is occuring because the weather module is loading the jQuery library. If there is a setting to turn it off then try that otherwise you might have to hack the module itself.

Cheers Anthony

Hey there,

Sorry to bug you again! For some reason none of the recent updates over the past couple days are showing up.

I've disabled the Cache plugin as well as the setting in Global Configuration.

Once again, I appreciate your time and guidance.

Hey David,

According to your Twitter page, I'm seeing the latest update on your site which at this time is 9 hours ago.
Do you see the same now? Could just be a twitter thing or you might be facing some caching locally. Let us know.

Cheers,
Jason.

Sure enough, John! Strange indeed.

If it's a weird caching issue on my site, where would I start troubleshooting (In case it happens again)

Thanks,
David

Hi David,

From what I can tell a few twitter mods have this issue as well and I think it has more to do with the Twitter api than the mod - I might be wrong on this. You can clear you Joomla cache under the tools -> Clean cache menu item in the J admin (Ive seen some oddities where evn though its unpublished the site is still cached) and the more obvious browser cache might work as well.

Cheers Anthony
