nav-s in jFlickr popup screen disappears when css compressiion is enabled

Hi,

Took me some time too find the "cause" of this issue.
Problem: the nav icons disappear in the popup-screens made by the jFlickr module.
Cause: This only happens after enabling the "Compress System and core css files?" setting, inside the settings/performance tab in the template cpanel of the jb Vintage template.

Other performance settings are:

This delivers a non-java look:

This is the site: www.flexart.eu/beelden/dierentuin-impressies.html
It is a j2.5.7 site, using jb vintage template and latest version of the jFlickr module.

Is this a bug, or is there a way to enable systen and core css compression and still have the nav-s?

Best regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,

Ah yes I see what's happening here.

Can you re-enable the compression so I can confirm?

Thanks

Hi Paul,

So the solution at the moment is to load the image files for fancybox here:

www.flexart.eu/templates/system/css/

Ill get a better work around for this but it will fix the issue for now.

Cheers

Hi Anthony,

I do not understand your last message: it is a flickr gallery that is loaded from flickr.com, so the images are not located at the local site.

Greetings,
Paul

Sorry Paul,

Its the images fromt he fancybox that need to be moved there.
eg upload the files form the following folder nominated to the one above.

modules/mod_jflickr/js/jQuery.fancybox/

That will put the images in the folder that the script looks for them when compression is on.

Thanks Anthony
