I've downloaded the latest version (JB_jblibrary_J1.5_1.2.1.zip) and tried to install it a few times, but I keep getting this error:

"There was an error uploading this file to the server."

Is this just to load Jquery? Would it be possible just to use a <script> tag and add the Jquery library that way or is this one specialized for the map extension?

I can't use the map extension without this and I'm stuck right now.

I figured it out - it was stupid. The max upload wasn't high enough and so I couldn't upload it. *sigh*
But now it's working, I just need to figure out styling and I'm all done.
While I'm here - the "Module Class Suffix" parameter - is that a CSS class you can add to style the module itself then? There wasn't anything in the instructions that I could see about that, so I'm just playing with it now.

I can't install the jb_library plug in either, have tried several times today, although on the same website. I can and have loaded other new plug ins today including Pretty Box and JB Slideshow. Stuck without JB Library however. If my problem is also too small upload file size, not sure where that parameter might be set???

It might be different for your ISP, but mine said to change this in the php.ini file:

upload_max_filesize = 2M
post_max_size = 2M

I just changed them to 8M each and it works now.

"Unable to find install package"

I put a screen shot of the install dialogue in previous post as an attachment in case I'm missing something.

I really appreciate your suggestion and was soooooo hopeful it would solve the issue. My limit was set at 2mb and I did increase it. Still no success. But now that I think about it, I wonder if the server needs to start/stop to load the revised php.ini file?

Actually Stanton - you've helped me find an issue with the installer. JB LIbrary is a very small plugin (normallY) but it looks like a lot of the prettyphoto demo content was shipped with the package. Ive just uploaded v1.2.2 which is a much healthier 200kb and it wont stress your file upload limit.
