You can find that in the JB LIbrary plugin. Extension > Manager > Plugins > JB Library

It dépends ont hé template you are using but generally the text is controlled by the JB Library plugin.

eg extensions manager > plugins > JB library.

You can do both with some basic CSS, but we only provide support for such customisations to those on developer subscriptions, or those purchasing one of the custom support options (available from your profile).
