It looks like you have everything set-up correctly but you may have a permissions issue on the server that is preventing the image resize script from running.

Can you share a link so we can see what the problem is?

I think this may be happening because of a space in the url:

Can you remove the space and then reinsert the image to see if that fixes it.

Check this link it shows the same result as there is no space.

jQuery is not loading on your site. Did you install and enable the JB Library plugin? It is required for image resizing.

Actually looks like you have a lot of 404 (unfound document) for fiels that are meant to be loading. I think the scripts arent loading for the same reason that the images arent - permisisons. If you use firefox's firebug and click ont he net panel you will see the files that arent loading and you will need to adjust permissions accordingly.
