does not work locally

Hallo,
I have a problem.
I want to check this module locally but it does not work.
Any idea how can I solve it?

Have you installed and enabled JB Library? It is required...

It worked.
The strange is that on the public server it works without installing the JB Library!

It shouldn't be working at all with jQuery. You will see content, but nothing will happen when clicking open/close.

Anyway, glad it is working for you now.
