How To Link An Image To An Offsite URL

Using JCE Editor, having some issues figuring out how to make an image clickable to an external web page. I can type the URL into the Link dialogue window, but it doesn't get saved and the saved file does not produce a clickable graphic. Can this be done in the Graphical User Interface?

It should be fine to do that Stanton. Are you including the http:// prefix?
