Am currently bidding for a new website for a client and would like to base it on Lifestyle. Before I proceed with a purchase can you outline to me what would be involved in customising the template to present a Square logo which overlaps the main rotator image as per the crop from the attached design outline?

I do believe this would be very straight forward. Only using absolutely positioned logo div with background color.

So no issue at all for Lifestyle template.

I should also add, as you can see we are answering every ticket and forum post immediatelly, I don't know why we missed your question. I am very sorry for this delay
