Can I add a second member to my subscription? He's handling coding/customization of our template and it would be great if he had privileges to access the forums and ask his own questions instead of going through me, getting notices of reply through his own email, etc. Thanks.

We cant do that but he can share your login of course. We only allow access to the user who subscribes so its not possible to duplicate an account.
