due to the great experience with JB (and the interesting coupon - hope it is still in place a couple of days ) I would like to know what Customization Support includes.

E.g. would a question how to do a specific php request for templating in k2 fall under it or would it be extra customization?

What about general and generic Joomla php things?

Anything else I should know beforehand?

php generally falls outside of customisation support - customisation support is primarily css customisation and template support

Its on a case by case basis really but k2 templating would be likely to fall outside of customisation support
