hi all,

i bought the grid template as im new to joomla 3 days so my question is simple i hope.

how do i change the content in the slider...image of guy, bio etc.?

Welcome!
Those sliders have custom modules published to them.

In the module manager, you will need to look into the modules that are published to the positions -
slide1
slide2
slide3
slide4

These should have mod_custom type modules with content in them. You can publish other modules or alter the current modules or publish your own custom modules to these positions.

The Slider labels are located in the template parameters which you can access via the template manager.
