I finaly got the grid template to dance they way I want. I however could use one thing: a lightbox that shows video stills, and the same for website Screen shots. I am a art director by the way so I got more then static images.

If your video stills and web screenshots already exist then there are many modules that can do this for you. Starting with PrettyBox and moving to MicroBlog. Let us know in a little more detail what you are after and we might strike gold.
