Zentools2 Grid not showing in Columns - Full width/stacked instead

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi All,

I'm new to Zentools and am currently using the Colourshift2 template. I have attempted to replicate the style of the front page blog, however the items are not appearing in columns, they are full width stacked instead. Please see screenshot.

Hi Donna,

Can you attach a screenshot of the drag and drop section of the module settings?

And is this page live? - do you have a link for the site?

Thanks

Hi Paul, of course.
The attached screen shot only shows 1 column, however if i add 2 more columns the same options aren't available to drag into the additional columns. I have attached a screen shot of this also.

Donna

I'll PM you a link to the dev site, as this is not a live domain :)

Thanks for all your help.

Paul, I've just realised I can't send you a PM, can i get the link to you any other way? I could open a support ticket, but as this is likely a user problem not a template problem, I thought the forum more appropriate.

Hi Donna,

I just tried this myself - I seem to be ok dragging and dropping into the different columns

Do you get the same if you drag from the left rather than from an existing column?

Cheers

Hi Paul,
I can drag Items about no problem. I just can't get them to display in multiple columns. Even if I add another column and drag something into it, it still displays underneath - stacked. I'll log a ticket and send the login credentials through. I;m sure its something very simple. :)
