Build.r / Zen Menu inconsistencies

On this dev site, notice the difference in behaviors between menu headings (services, contact us) and all the others on roll over.

I've spent the whole day futzing around with this menu. Is this normal? Is *anything* normal? :blink:

While waiting for a reply, I will also add - in the zenmenu on that page (see 'contact us') I have assigned two modules - an icon and a modal link - but am only seeing the first one, the icon. Shouldn't I see one atop the other?

EDIT: I was able to use regular's 'modules anywhere' to do this, but still....
