How to replace intro text with video?

I have put the Allvideo tag in articles without any problems. However, when I try to use zentools grid or carousel with layout selections for video to replace images in the intro text nothing happens. I can see the tags in the introtext, but no video on my homepage. Could you please walk me through the process. I'm stumped.

Hi

I'm not 100% sure if this will work

In introtext there is an option called "Render plugins?"

Do you have this enabled?

Make sure this is enabled
