I am using Build.r on multi language setting.
It is not possible to write Japanese and German text on the buttons "page to top" and "offcanvas". It appears only garbage characters.
Would you please check it?

In fact I wanted to ask you about only this issue, but now I cannot open the template setting at all.
Until now it took always a few minutes to open, but I could manage to open after a few trials.
Now I get only blank screen after showing the message;
"Loading stored settings from 73 configuration"

Language problem must lie in your template.
As far as the issue of opening the template setting is concerned I am not sure, but I will be happy if you can help me in any way.

We've taken a look at this and we will need to check with the lead developer regarding the Japanese / German text

He is currently away at a conference till the end of the week - can you create a ticket for this issue and we can take a closer look

Thank you very much for a promt response.

No, I don't see any error message.
It just changes to the blank white page after showing the template configuration page shortly.
Now, I cannot open any template style configuration page.

Besides, even until now, some changes like the back ground colour, width of offcanvas etc. which I made before got back to the default setting.
1) This (reset to the default setting) occurs often even if I don't do anything. Just open and close the configuration page or change only one setting.
2) I use the same style in 3 languages (I copied the style "Build.r - responsive" for each language). When I change one or two configuration for only one language, it works sometimes fine, sometimes it affects for all three languages.
Is there a explanation (document) which configuration of the same style can be set independently and which configuration affects all the same style?

With the admin issue are you using any particular browser?

Regarding the browser, usually I am using Firefox, but for this issue I checked on the Chrome and IE and the result was the same.

Thank you very much.
In the mean time I uninstalled "JSN-Power Admin" and now it works fine.
I have no idea if this plugin/component caused the issue, but anyway now it works OK.

Sorry I thought I had uopdated you.
Please download the plugin from the download area and it should fix the issue.
So you will need to:
1. Download and install the plugin
2. Edit the template settings and click save.
3. Check the front end of your site to see if it's fixed.
