No. All my sites are on Siteground. This client is on rackspace.

Big Corporate client. I am not in direct contact with the host. I have to go through their IT dept to ask about the hosting.

Do you have admin tools pro installed?

Can you disable it?

I do and I have now disabled it but no luck.

If this helps, the template pops up with these errors:
There is an error your theme's saved data. Loading system defaults.
