You can disable the sticky nav in the effects tab to stop the logo coming down the screen

We have installed the buildr template and would like an initial setup for our existing site. I'm loosing a lot of time figuring out how to configure the buildr template for our needs. So if you could provide us with about 3 Page layouts to get us started. We're thinking of these 3 Layouts:
