Bootstrap 3 – button sizes

The bootstrap 3 button sizes are not working on the Corporation template, it is like this on the demo site too.

Can this be fixed, or is it like this for a particular reason.

When I look up how the buttons should display I am seeing this:

I'll need to check with Anthony on that one

as far as I now we don't have the different button sizing on any template but do have different colours
