Menu Item Doesn't Hover On/Off

Hello,

Trying to figure out a basic menu hover issue. I can't seem to figure out how to get the menu item to hover on/off???

As it stands -- it is always show the sub menu items.

OK -- finally figured it out -- had the "Group Submenu Items" turned on. Turned that off and finally got that working.
