Zen tools only showing in certain module positions

I've got 2 identical copies of the same Zentools Module (one called footer, one called footer 2) both published on this site:

engineroom.churchesaliveonline.com

You can see that they are published because the titles are showing. Why does the content not appear in any of the lower module positions in the template? I've tried quite a few different module positions. As soon as I move it up it shows!

Resolved - very very slow loading I think.

This seems to be intermittent - sometimes loading the content and sometimes not - even when I make no changes. So it's maybe nothing to do with Zentools. Very strange though.

Any caching installed either on the site or server?

When it doesn't appear do you see anything listed in the console window of the browser?

Looking at that error referencing the template it is referring to a localhost and this site is on a live server

Did you move the site using akeeba backup?
