So I'm having trouble with the responsive setup of my site. On the homepage, I can't get the banner images to scale, and the logo and header4 position will not stack, even though they are assigned to do so. (The banner images need to be resized but not cropped) Thoughts?

Have you tried the slideshow other than backstretch as the behaviour you see currently is the expected behaviour

OK, I got the slideshow working by changing styles, but the logo and header4 still will not stack. I have turned them on and off, with compiling in between, clearing the server cache, and they still sit on top of each other in mobile.

It will require some css customisation

Asking Anthony I've added

@media screen and (max-width:787px) {

body #header4 {position:relative;margin-top:0}
}

so it stacks although you do have a inline float which right aligns it
