Logo area will not resize

I can get other things to resize or hide in the menu section of "Layout control" but space for Logo will not change no matter how I try. I can save changes but they do not show up on Live site. i have tried on both a fresh install with just the template and a "quickstart" version. help plz

Hi Bruce,

Do you have a link for the site?

Can you also attach a screenshot of the width for the logo and surrounding positions
