I copied the "We Build Experiences..." module from the quick start to another site using Boost. (207.210.208.2/~towneacquisition/).

I have the plugin installed and enabled, exactly as the quick start.

Just can't figure out what's wrong.

please compare the two images.

It seems that the CSS:
<span class="zen-icon zen-icon-desktop"></span>

isn't showing up on my site.
I'm getting:
<span class="fa fa-desktop"></span>

although the module very clearly has:
<p>{zen-desktop}{/zen-desktop}</p>

You don't have the module class like the demo

e.g. moduletable largeicons centered

Can you try adding the two classes like above

sorry - I was sure I had that...

that said - they are centered... but still not right

the CSS is still looking at fa desktop...

Can I just check are you loading the full library from the template settings?

Theme tab > Font Awesome

Together with "load font awesome css" set to disable in the zencodes plugin?

If still no joy want prefix is listed in the "custom Prefix" in the shortcodes?

Load Font Awesome css was enabled.
