No images were supplied for backstretch

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi Paul,

I'm currently unable to get images with the Zentools2 Backstretch Slideshow to display on the following page: www.fairviewhifi.com/custom-home-theatre-burlington-ontario . You will see a gap just under Home Theatre.

The error indicates: jquery.min.js:2 Uncaught Error: No images were supplied for Backstretch

NOTES:
- With that said, it does not appear to be an issue anywhere else on the site.
- Up until this week the competitors template was working properly. On Tuesday the site went down. I discovered that I had to disable JS Compression from the template and everything was fine.

I'm not quite sure where to look for a solution to this one. I have checked my folder www.fairviewhifi.com/images/50-embed-home-theatre/ and I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Steve,

The module hasn't been reset has it?

Still has the drag and drop section populated?
and
the folder still has images in there?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your patience in regarding my response. I'm now running two businesses and the other is beginning to take over my life.

To update you: I changed the sources of the images to be gallery instead of pulling images from a folder. I'm not sure why the other would not work. I looked at the directory and it all looks good. There are not extra files and the file names look normal.

The only thing I had done recently was update Zentools2 from an earlier version but as to why this folder would not work while everything else on the site looks good is puzzling.

Thanks again for the help,

Steve

Hi Steve,

With the image folder was it named any differently?

Was it nested in anyway?

No worries on not replying as you are busy :)

Best of luck juggling the two sites

The folder was nested prior to the update. I then "un-nested" it and that still didn't work. The strange thing is the other folders still work. I also tried creating a new module and starting from scratch but again I couldn't make it work. I'm one of those guys who like's to know why something is not working but I have to learn to let it go when i find a solution. :)

Hi Paul,

The issue has surfaced for the grid format as well. Although the images are in the folder, the images are not being accessed by Zentools2. Due to the number of images I cannot create the module with gallery as the source.

Should I submit a ticket?

I'm working away from home this morning so I may not be able to respond for about 3 or 4 hours.

Thanks,

Hi Steve,

Another user reported the same problem - do you have any caching plugins running?

Or any security extensions?

I'm using sh404SEF and Akeeba AdminTools. I've turned off sh404SEF and gave it a try. I've cleared the cache and yet still nothing.

I have also changed my .htaccess file months and months ago. I have only experienced this issue when jumping from several versions to the latest version.

Thanks,

Steve

HI Steve,

I will check with rob tomorrow on this - the user has closed the ticket without telling us what he changed

It does sound like a SEF component that is responsible but will need to check with rob if he more of an idea
