restrict number of displayed thumbnails

I have 100 images in my gallery but I want to display only the first three as thumbnails. I could not find the option to define that number.

Hi

With the images are you wanting to display 3 and then scroll through the other images in a lightbox?

Yes, my description was a bit brief I guess. I have the thumbs display in the grid layout displaying three next to each other and I want to dispplay only the first row. All the other images should only be accessible via the lightbox.

Thanks - I'll need to check on this

It does work like this using the single gallery but not as far as I know with the grid
