In the Carousel, 3 items instead of 1 item on the iPhone

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hello friends,
I have a little problem with the Carousel, I have it so adjusted that with large display resolution 3 items is displayed and with medium 2 items and with small 1 Item! (see the screenshot)
The only thing if I change what the number is only with large display resolution, everything else does not work, for example, if I set with small 1 item, I see the smartphone still 3 items!
Do I still have something to note, or still activate what?
Thank you in advance for your help

Hi Maria,

Do you have the latest zentools2 version installed?

Also

How big are the images you are adding to the carousel?

Are the image sizes bigger than the largest size when the carousel is only one? e.g. does the setting try and force the image bigger than its original dimensions

Cheers

Hello Paul, :)

My version is the newest (2.3.2) and my my pictures are in the wide 300px and in the length 550px.
Just notice that the Autoplay function does not work!
Have the Zentools2 module again Installed, but has not changed!

An additional question, can you put a background image for a parallax function?

No matter which module I usually install, the additional options are always added by the Temlate, where I can also create a background image with parallax function, but unfortunately this option is not displayed with Zentools2 and thus I do not have this option to set it!

Is this perhaps the reason that it does not work properly?

Thank you, for your support! :)

Are you loading the module via a normal position or using loadposition?

Hello Paul,

Yes it was at the loadposition when I load normally it works!
Why I loaded this as loadposition was only because I needed the background image in the parallax function, since the Zentools2 did not offer a background image Parallax!

Now the question arises how can I have both now?

Best wishes :)

Also, how does parallax relate position wise to the carousel? I'm assuming they aren't in the same area of the template?

Hello Paul,

The template that is used is not yours!
The parallax function works like this, I have a custom module and this module imports the Zentool2 module and the "Modules Anywhere" plugin from Regular Labs, because only then can I load it.
The more I think about it, can also be the problem of the plugin "Modules Anywhere"!
Is there a possibility that the Zentool2 can also give a parallax function for the Carousel?

Thanks again for your help!

Best wishes :)

Hi Maria,

Have you tested loading it directly into a module position not via modules anywhere?

In any instances of the module are there any errors in the browser console tab?

If I load it directly, it works, but then I miss the background image with the parallax effect!
So I had the Zentool2 loaded in the module!

The question is how can I insert a background image in the Zentool2 with a parallax effect in the carousel?

Right so the zentools2 module is loading in a custom html module that is loaded via modules anywhere?

If so does the next step work if you load the custom html containing the zentools2 to a template position?

Hello Paul,

It was due to the setting of the custom module, the option "Prepare Content" was not activated!
After which I activated it, then everything worked! :)

Thanks for the effort and help!

Best wishes :)
