Ticker with Zentools2

Hi Paul:Take another look at the site... I have included a Zentools2 - ticker... a sliding news module.

If you wait long enough as the slider works, the stuff 'above' the ticker, moves the news ticker down and it coincides with the black bar (footer?) at the bottom...
I have tried a few things with Zentools2 and have found some difficulties. Believe me when I tell you, I have been working on it for over an hour! So, please... help, I need somebody, HELP! Not just anybody....!!!
