Expanding preview... using only Title?

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

In ZT2, I want to use expanding preview - but with the title only in the grid, the image appearing only when the item expands.Is there a way to do that?

Is there a particulate reason - I'd have thought using a grid with the title showing on hover would be a better option

We have a grid of images directly above this one. So far, I've faked it using images for titles (created in illustrator). Not the ideal solution.

Hi David,

No option for that in the current form.

I would have thought the Accordion layout was more suitable for that kind of content.

I would have to rework the layout a bit to allow titles there - have added it to the tracker for the next update.

Thanks

Accordion forces a single column stack, which is ok on mobile, but on a lap/desktop (or landscape tablet), a grid consumes less space. That's my twisted logic. :side:

Thanks for contemplating the idea.

For a couple days, anyway. Would rather have text. (The title images come in kinda fuzzy. Is it my glasses? Or just me?).

Can I turn off the animated overlay?

Also, can you go to services on the link page, and see if you get the same strange behavior I do when clicking the next / previous arrows?

What issue are you seeing with the next and previous - seems ok to me

If I'm on a row, left tile, and I click next, I end up at the last tile on that row (skipping over two).

Ah yes thats a z-index issue. Will add to the next release but this will fix it now for a custom.css file:

.expanding-preview .gridder-navigation {position:relative;z-index:10} } Thanks[code]
.expanding-preview .gridder-navigation {position:relative;z-index:10}
}
Thanks
