Zentools 2 Category Selectbox Suggestions

Currently the Category Selectbox in Zentools 2 is by ID, this is a bit awkward, especially on sites with a lot of categories. as it is now to pick all sub categories from one parent I have to multi select jump around all over the box and even cross reference the K2 category display because not all subs were made at the same time. It is very confusing.

This would work much better if it was ordered by Order and would be really nice if it showed parent-child levels somehow.

Another feature here that seems missing is "include subcategories", so that you could just pick one parent category and it would populate from all sub categories.

Yes this is on the schedule for the next release.

Sorry it didn't make it to v1.1.1.
