Trashed Items still showing in Zentools2 output

Zentools2 still showing items even though they are trashed. Items are still published but they are trashed.

I wanted to let you guys know that this issue still exists.

I've got the latest version of Zentools 2 v1.0.9 and I have trashed k2 items showing up in the module output. Clicking on them gives a 404 error.
