Responsive Template- Remove Red "Open" Button

I have searched high and low and I can't seem to find how to disable the Red "Open" Button at the top right of the template. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Hi

You need to disable the module published to the panel position

you can filter using the position dropdown

and look for panel
