Can I pay someone at joomla bamboo for putting Joomla and a Quickstart Package of a template in a directory on my site that is hosted with Siteground?
I would open a ticket and give you all the information needed.

Or would I have to pay someone at siteground to do it... I tried with them before and they had problems but after much back and forth were able to do it.

Hi Elizabeth,

Yes you can

If you open the menu on the left and chose subscription details and then click Quickstart Express - $49 (USD)

After that pop us over a ticket
