Hi - I'm trying to open a form in a JCE MediaBox popup, but the form is not working properly.
The form does work fine if it's not in the popup.
Googling around I see others have the same problem - but have fixed by tinkering with Javascript, which I'm not clever enough to do.
I've attached a screenshot of the errors I can see in Chrome's console - can anyone help me with this?
The website is www.fiancingfirst.co.uk/joomla3, and the link to the form is in the info panel at the foot of the home page. Joomla 3.4.8

Do you get the same if you switch to a default Joomla tempate?

Hi Paul - JCE quite properly requires a paid subscription to investigate this sort of thing.
I'm trying not to spend any more on this site or I'll be doing it for a loss.
The developers at Ideal (ajax contact) have been very helpful, but their last advice was to upgrade my account for another £35
I have two contact form issues going on, both of which I have to resolve - the other is with RSJoomla who are also very helpful - and they're driving me nuts!
I'm thinking of market gardening again, although in this weather…

Can I just check why you need the form in a pop-up module ?

If it was me I'd not use a pop up as its hard enough to get people to fill in forms as it is

Instead I'd focus on the conversion rate

Hi Paul - thanks for getting back to me.
Damn clients don't know what's good for them - a popup is what they want, unfortunately, along with the horrible scrolling text. The one I'm using here is awful, and I'm trying to find a better one.
I will try to talk them out of both, but I'd sooner do it from strength, having cracked the problem, rather than persuade them simply because I can't crack it.
Funnily enough, they get quite a good response through this form. No doubt it would be even better if it was easier to access. I'll point them to that blog...
Would it be possible to open the form in a zen tools lightbox?
