Dropdown and Navbar questions

Hi Friends,

rennyrussell.com/rennynew2016/

Two things about the navbar:
1. I'd like all the menu items to line up on the same level, right now the items that have dropdowns show higher, out of line.

2. I'd like the dropdowns to drop on hover.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish?

1. Can you remove nav-pills from the module class and see it that aligns them
