meta tags dont seem to work

I added
<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='5; URL=http://wiki.selfhtml.org/'>
to the "After opening head tag" section but it does not appear in the head section of the page source. What am I doing wrong?

... all good, I didn't realise that saving the settings does not help. You have to change some other stuff in the theme and then force the template to recompile.
