I have set the slideshow up in the Template Manager.... however, this means that it appears on every page, not just the home page. I want to add a different banner on some of the pages... and not have the slideshow on those particular pages. Is this possible, or do I have to use zentools?

on pages you don't want the slideshow to show - are you adding a single image?

This template has the slideshow featured in the parameters for the template and not as a module.
All is set in the Template Manager.
so, it appears to is set ONCE for the site and thus appears on every page. The same slide show on every page.
What is more annoying is that it is either ON or OFF.
Does that make sense?

I finally figured this out... and created a version of the template for each page where I need a different header.
