Cannot find Zenmenu and Zen Shortcode Plugins for install

I'm going through the "Starting From Scratch" documentation for the Venture template (docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-template/venture/6_Starting-from-scratch.html) and I've been able to find all required modules, but cannot find where to download the two required plugins

Install the Zenmenu plugin
Install the Zen Shortcode plugin

Where can I download these two plugins or are they packaged with one of the modules?

If you go to the template download page for venture

www.joomlabamboo.com/downloads/template-downloads?param=venture

The extension downloads are listed below

"Venture Associated Extensions"

Well...don't I feel dumb! I looked for them on the Joomla Extensions page and was able to find most of them. Didn't even think to look on the template page itself. :-/
