**For clarity - I should state that it is the trigger for the off canvas button we cannot see.
The off Canvas could very well be working just cannot see the button on the Homepage

Can i report back to the forum that the prompt response by the JB team resolved our situation.

Hi Paul, I just obtained my copy of template Xero v1.3.1 (based on ZGF4) and am having a similar problem -- namely, that whether or not I have some module published to the "offcanvas" position, and I do have the template > responsive > collapsed menu behavior = offcanvas, however when the browser is shrunk and the main menu collapses, there is no 3-bar icon displayed to access the offcanvas menu. Any thoughts?

I could not find the Zen Menu Module for download on JB and it did not appear as part of JB_zenmenu_J3+_1.1.0.zip which I installed. Could this be an issue?

Zen Menu is a plugin so it won't show in module manager
