Change heading font sizes in Rasa 2

I'd like to change the H2 font size from 39px to 29px.

I first tried the custom.css file and that didn't work.

I then tried changing the theme.flat.css file (I'm using the flat theme). That didn't work.

I then changed the H2 font size in both the template.css and theme.css files. That didn't work.

I'm out of ideas. The site is: llusurgonc.org

Hi

Can you trying add this to the custom css file

h2 {font-size: 29px;}

At the moment the custom.css file appears empty
