Responsive Menu

Dear Team,

I have a problem with the Zen Responsive Menu when viewed on mobile devices. It works fine in the sense that the menu disappears, leaving just the Zen bars. My problem started when I added a ZenTools2 slideshow to the site, with 4 links to other content within the site.

I now find that most of the time the menu button ({zen-bars}{/zen-bars}) does not work when pressed using a tablet or smart phone. If I then refresh the page it does work. This problem only seems to happen on the home page (which has the slideshow in). I have disabled the slideshow in question (which is only on the home page) and then the links work fine again.

When I re-enable it, the ({zen-bars}{/zen-bars}) link then becomes unreliable and rarely works until the page is refreshed.

Could you please have a look at this. The page in question www.serbusgroup.com/index.php/en/

I have tried it on an iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPad 2 and all three devices exhibit the same issues.

Hi Paul,

I have tried disabling the position (it now remains disabled) but the slideshow continues to be displayed on iPhone and iPad.

I have attached a screen shot to show where I disabled it.

Hi Paul,

The team at JoomlaBamboo have been incredible in regards to the speed of response and speed of correction of the error regarding disabling the module - that now works really well.

Unfortunately the responsive menu button still fails to work reliably on Smartphone and tablet even with the module position disabled.

I currently have it so the "Above" module position with the slideshow in it is "hidden" on smartphone and set to "show" for tablet. The unreliability is the same on both platforms.

I also tested on a Samsung S5, and the menu doesn't work there either until the page is refreshed.
