Error on site load

I just installed Rasa2 on to www.friendsofhonleylibrary.org.uk/ and the site won't load. Any ideas? The back end is fine. This was a fresh installation of Joomla.

I get one of these two errors:

404 - Article not found

or
This web page has a redirect loop

I'd normally say that means the home page article or the home link has been deleted

Is there an easy way using the template to position the image in Header position so it is aligned vertically in a central position relative to the module in the Logo position?

There are a couple of ways but if this was me I'd look to make the image the same height as the logo - if possible
