problems downloading file

Hello, i'm trying to download the file "JB_Rasa2_Quickstart_J336_v1.2.1.zip" but I only get 35 kb/download and after trying it more that 10 (TEN) times it never ends downloading... (it brokes about 10-25 MB of 45 mb)

I've verified my connection (right now is 194.1 Mbps download, 12.20 Mbps upload, all OK).

Some clue???
