Hi Phil,

Sorry for the problems you are having - can you install the latest template version

You may need to click save in the template settings once template is installed

Cheers

Excellent, all good. That also fixed an issue where the "select saved settings to apply" drop down was half hidden.

Thanks

Phill :)

Hi:
I am having exactly the same problem as Phil: Changing frivolous items such as social media settings causes this string of errors.

I too am using Joomla 3.4 and Rasa2: pls could you let me know where I can get the update?
thanks

Hi

Can you download the latest template file from the Rasa2 downloads page

Then install it via the Joomla Installer

Hi there,
I installed your quickstart package, updated to Joomla 3.4 an then installed the latest template file JB_Rasa2_J3+_v1.2.1.
Most of the option fields at theme administration are empty, I can't change colors, I can't save existing theme with a new name. Seems there are still issues.
Please view scrennshot attached.
Regards,
Thomas

Hi there,

I have the same issue. I installed the latest template version as suggested after which I could compile the css, change settings etc.

Now I am trying to add the google analytics script prior to the closing head tag. Doing so I have the same issue as described above by Phil and Miles.

What am I missing out?

thanks a lot

Hi

The issue appears when you add the analytics or prior to that ?

First prior. After the update, I can do pretty much everything like adding a social media link, do not show Pinterest, set width etc. It will save without hassle.

Only when adding the code I get the error and I am back to zero. I have to choose the template style again, the frontage setup, positions and their width ...

Are you able to add the code you are adding to a txt file and attach it?

Yes,

I copied it directly from the "old" site since the Rasa2 template is the update.

Thanks for your help.
